AHWATUKEE CHAMBER MEETS NEW OFFICERS
Full Description:
The Ahwatukee Foothills Chamber of Commerce has announced new officers for the year and, as expected, Sandy Blackwell, a business owner, will continue as chairwoman.
Blackwell took over the duties after Linda Pastori, the previous chairwoman, stepped down in October to succeed state Rep. John McComish as chamber president.
Blackwell owns SnR Designs, a software applications, Web design and development company. She had been a member of the board since 2003 and was honored as the group's first volunteer of the year.
Other new officers announced Thursday were vice chairwoman Teri Engelbrecht of First Horizon Home Loans, and treasurer Pamela Hawn, owner of Demand Arts, a graphic design business.
Other new directors are: Dr. Robert Coffee, Coffee Family Chiropractic; Dr. Kimberly Larsen, Health Solutions Wellness Center; Renie Scibona, Ahwatukee Foothills News, and Carola Tamarkin, the Salt River Project.
Continuing members are: Jim Champlin, Grace Hospitality Group; Katherine Christensen, Katherine Christensen & Associates; Brian Eichenberg, Sign-A-Rama; Tom Gierada, Sunsational Cruises; David McCarter, Maximum Enterprise Solutions Inc.; Charles P. Thompson, Workforce Experts, and Stan Pelcher, Pelcher Insurance.
